In June 2005 Donna Elena opened the doors of the newly formed Donna Elena Saiz Real Estate Group located in a neighborhood she lives in and loves, historic South Capital.
Donna has over thirty years in the real estate business. From 1996-2004 she was president and principal of the third largest independent real estate brokerage in Santa Fe, the former Town and Ranch. Once the firm changed hands in mid-2005, Donna Elena was ready to pursue her dream of starting a boutique real estate group that allows more intimate contact with her clients and associates.
As she explains "I identify fully with my clients’ desire to live in a place that they love as much as I do and I determined that a large firm could not provide the personal interaction that I required with my clients. Therefore, I wanted to create a company with a small group of experienced and sophisticated agents who believe, as I do, in enjoying what you do, working hard to meet clients needs and collaborating not competing with each other. My team is like no other. We work hard but we have a lot of fun in the process, we enjoy each other’s company and support each other in our successes every day."
Donna Elena hails from a long line of New Mexico families. She has a powerful connection and respect for the history, Spanish culture and traditions of Santa Fe and its surrounds. After all, this beautiful, magical land is her birthplace. With the formation of her new group, Donna strives to bring her love and enthusiasm for her hometown, her expertise in the real estate field, a precise attention to detail and some fun to the home buying process.
Recently I heard Donna Elena say "My vision is to work closely with my clients and develop individual strategies for finding the right home to suit their dreams as well as their needs. Furthermore, I believe that finding the perfect home for my clients is more than finding the right price and size. It’s about the discovery of what will truly fulfill my clients’ dreams. My reward is my clients’ delight in finding the right home."
