Donna Elena began her career in real estate 30 years ago, becoming president and principle of the third largest real estate brokerage in Santa Fe, NM. Along the way, Donna Elena determined that the smaller firm allows for more intimate, personalized and professional contact with her clients. Through careful listening and open communication, along with detailed knowledge of neighborhoods and local cultures, Donna Elena engages the process of discovery with her clients.

Donna Elena hails from a long line of New Mexico families. She has a powerful connection with, and respect for the history, Spanish culture and traditions of Santa Fe and its surrounds. After all she is 8th generation New Mexican.
Jeff's clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. Jeff entered real estate 7 years ago while serving his community in the fire service as a Captain/Paramedic for the last 15 years. Educated at Colorado University and The University Of New Mexico, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry and an Associates in Fire Science, these experiences instilled in Jeff the discipline, and problem solving skills it takes to be effective in today's real estate market.

Jaden was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has spent most of his life living in and around the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area. He works for the Los Alamos Fire Department as a Driver/Paramedic. Jaden’s’ background in the medical field and desire to help others were the building block in his decision to pursue real estate.

When he’s not selling homes or at the fire station you can find Jaden working around his home, golfing, or spending time at the lake with his wife and three small children.
David is known for his extensive knowledge, experience, negotiating skills, organization and customer service with 15 years of experience helping his clients navigate through their journey of owning, buying and selling Real Estate. He was raised in the Pojoaque Valley near Santa Fe, New Mexico. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from New Mexico State University in Hotel, Resort and Tourism Management in 1998. David then moved to Phoenix, AZ where he managed Food and Beverage Operations for large hotel chains for 9 years.
In 2007 David found his passion for Real Estate and started training with an appraisal company in Las Cruces, NM where he became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2010. In 2009 David also became a Realtor in Scottsdale, AZ and quickly evolved to become a top tier producer in sales volume brokering a vast variety of real estate. He has helped countless clients buy, sell, invest, flip and build large portfolios of profitable real estate investments. After 13 years of brokering real estate in Arizona, David relocated back to northern New Mexico raise his son Samuel with his beautiful fianc Tammy Herrera. Currently David is thrilled to offer his extensive knowledge and experience as an Associate Broker with the Donna Elena Saiz Real Estate family. Desiree Velasquez brings two years of valuable experience to the real estate arena, coupled with a lifelong familiarity with northern New Mexico. Proud of her roots, Desiree is eager to serve as a trusted advisor for those seeking to navigate the real estate market in this beloved region. Her enthusiasm and dedication shine through as she guides clients through the exciting journey of buying or selling property. In addition to her real estate pursuits, Desiree holds an MBA in Business Administration from New Mexico Highlands University and currently serves as an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager for the State of New Mexico. With nearly two decades of experience as an IT Program Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory, coupled with her role as an Independent Mary Kay Consultant, Desiree brings a diverse skill set to her endeavors.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Desiree finds fulfillment in community religious activities and prioritizes her well-being through a focus on health and wellness. However, her proudest role is that of a single mother to her accomplished 24-year-old son, who completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, earned his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, and is now pursuing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Purdue University. Desiree is defined by her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering determination. She approaches each client interaction with empathy and strives to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing clear communication and support throughout the buying or selling process, Desiree is dedicated to exceeding her clients’ expectations every step of the way.
